Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a remote Support Engineer for the NY area to resolve complex technical issues, document interactions, and provide expert guidance across music scheduling and broadcasting platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver training to users with varying technical skills.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and Spanish-English bilingual communication, with occasional evening and limited weekend support based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Radio/TV programming experience is required.
• Expertise with GSelector, Selector, and other music scheduling software.
• Spanish and English bilingual communication is required.
• Knowledge of Zetta or NexGen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolve technical issues by researching solutions and guiding corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system issues.
• Create technical documentation and defect reports to enable fixes and product enhancements.
• Partner with customers to optimize software performance by diagnosing challenges and implementing solutions.
• Work with a team of 100+ professionals to provide timely support on topics like music scheduling, broadcast automation, SQL Server, GPIO, and workflows.
• Host onboarding training sessions and workshops for users of varying technical skill levels.
• Continuously expand technical expertise through development, training, and hands-on broadcasting technology.
