Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a seasoned Program Director or Music Director to lead music scheduling and guide logs across formats. This remote role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and the ability to support evening and weekend coverage from the Eastern Time zone.

You will collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and drive operational success while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading music scheduling in radio/TV environments.
• Ability to curate logs across formats with accuracy.
• Spanish and English communication required; strong user focus.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate across Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure.
• Help optimize software performance with best practices.
• Work with a 100+ team to cover scheduling workflows and SQL Server basics.
• Lead onboarding trainings for users with varied technical levels.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge through training and hands-on practice.
