Job summary

iHeartMedia in Virtual NY is seeking a Program Director or Music Director with expertise in radio/TV programming to curate music logs using GSelector, Selector, and related tools. Knowledge of Zetta or NexGen is a plus, and bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential.

You will collaborate across Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure to troubleshoot and improve broadcast operations, with evening/weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Program Director or Music Director in radio/TV environments.
• Expertise with music scheduling programs (GSelector, Selector).
• Knowledge of Zetta or NexGen is a plus.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Willingness to cover evenings and select weekends.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolve technical issues with research and guided actions.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot across systems.
• Partner with customers to optimize software performance and best practices.
• Host onboarding training sessions for users with varying technical skill levels.
• Expand technical knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
