Job summary

iHeartMedia, a leading audio company in America, seeks a GSelector & Selector Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will be an expert in GSelector, Selector, and other music scheduling tools, supporting customers with scheduling workflows, SQL Server tasks, and broadcast automation issues.

Ideal candidate has program director/music director experience in radio/TV, strong troubleshooting skills, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as Program Director or Music Director in a Radio or TV Programming environment.
• Expertise in GSelector, Selector, and other music scheduling programs.
• Knowledge of Zetta or NexGen is a plus.
• Strong empathy and ability to learn new products quickly.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions; research solutions; guide corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose performance issues; recommend best practices and solutions.
• Support scheduling workflows, SQL Server administration, and related topics across 100+ staff.
• Host onboarding trainings and workshops for users with varying technical skill levels.
• Continue expanding technical knowledge through training and hands-on work with broadcasting tech.
