Job summary

KBR, delivering science, technology and engineering solutions to governments and companies worldwide, seeks a Senior Manager, GSA AAS Proposals. Remote nationwide role leading teams responsible for compliant, compelling proposals across the GSA AAS portfolio.

Requires 8–10+ years federal proposal experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work with Capture, Pricing, Contracts and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a related field required.
• 8–10+ years federal proposal experience for GSA AAS
• 3+ years leading proposal teams or professionals
• Experience managing complex federal proposals from pre-RFP to award
• Ability to balance multiple pursuits in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal operations for GSA AAS opportunities.
• Serve as Proposal Manager on strategic, high-value pursuits.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, content development, reviews, production and submission.
• Ensure compliant, customer-focused responses meeting requirements.
• Lead coordinators, slide architects, and content developers to high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with capture, pricing, contracts and leadership throughout pursuit lifecycle.
• Identify risks and mitigate schedule/challenge impacts.
