KBR is seeking a Senior Manager, GSA AAS Proposals to lead proposal operations for high-priority federal opportunities. You will manage teams, coordinate with Capture Management, Pricing, Contracts, and Technical Leaders, and drive compliant, compelling proposals from pre-RFP planning through final submission.

Fully remote candidates nationwide are encouraged to apply. Experience with GSA AAS, FAR requirements, and content development is essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–10+ years federal proposal experience for GSA AAS.
• 3+ years leading proposal teams and professionals.
• Experience managing complex federal proposals from planning to award.

Mansioni

• Lead proposal operations for GSA AAS opportunities.
• Serve as Proposal Manager for strategic pursuits when required.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, content development, reviews and submissions.
• Ensure compliant, customer-focused proposals aligned with requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Lead teams including Proposal Managers, Slide Architects, Content Developers and support staff.
