Job summary

KBR, preparing to spin off its Mission Technology Solutions into Trinzic, is seeking a Senior Manager for GSA AAS Proposals. This fully remote role leads proposal operations, coordinating Proposal Managers, Content Developers, and other specialists to deliver compliant, compelling responses that meet demanding federal requirements.

The role partners with Capture Management, Pricing, Contracts, and Tech leadership to drive strategy, resource planning, and the quality of AAS opportunities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, Technical Writing, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of federal proposal experience
• 3+ years leading proposal teams
• Experience managing complex federal proposals from pre-RFP planning through award

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal operations for GSA AAS opportunities.
• Serve as Proposal Manager for strategic, high-value pursuits.
• Oversee proposal planning, scheduling, content development, reviews, production, and submission.
• Ensure responses are compliant, compelling, and aligned with solicitation requirements.
• Lead teams of Proposal Managers, Slide Architects, Content Developers, and support staff.
• Coordinate with Capture Management and other stakeholders throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
