Job summary

Butterball recruits a general manager to steer assigned product lines toward profitable growth. You will align pricing, promotions, forecasts, inventory, product mix, and new initiatives, translating market and customer insights into actions that drive revenue and improve service.

You will work across functions to monitor performance, manage risk, and identify opportunities to grow the business while reducing inefficiencies. Travel may be required up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant marketing or business field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue and margin management including P&L, developing customer programs with sales input, and executing pricing actions.
• Develops and recommends trade promotion strategy, pricing, and distribution and promotion actions.
• Supports planning processes and provides volume/revenue history for annual plans.
• Develops account plans for trade spending and analyzes product mix.
• Presents market data and insights to Sales teams to inform decisions.
