Job summary

Butterball is seeking an onsite HR leader to guide a team responsible for essential HR tasks. The role partners with business leaders to implement Butterball Way culture and strategic HR initiatives that support growth and well-being across facilities in NC, AR, MO, and more.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, policy knowledge, and communication skills to influence decisions. Responsibilities include coaching managers, guiding performance processes, and ensuring compliant HR practices

Qualifications

Coaches and mentors a team to deliver HR tasks with consistency.
Guides leaders and influences with corporate partners to address issues.
Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization and stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level contributors and supports hiring, terminations, performance management, and scheduling.
Plans and guides administration of department activities and promotes employee well-being and engagement.
Administers and enforces HR policies, programs, and procedures with consistency.
Assists in development/ administration of Equal Employment opportunity plans and related regulations.
Provides guidance to management on performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
