Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Growth Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that support growth objectives across ambulatory clinics, service lines, and enterprise priorities.

You will partner with the Chief Growth Officer and executive stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage risk, and deliver results through cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, healthcare administration, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive-level presentation development.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while managing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic growth initiatives, including ambulatory clinic development and service line expansion.
• Develop program roadmaps, charters, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical operations, finance, marketing, and business development.
• Prepare analyses, options, and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Transition completed initiatives to operational teams with ownership and governance.
