This executive will integrate clinical, operational, financial, market, and technology considerations into enterprise recommendations and governance.

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, you will lead a team of strategy professionals, develop rigorous decision-support, and drive high-impact, value-creating initiatives across the

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• MBA/MHA/MPH preferred for leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and refresh of multi-year service-line strategic plans.
• Own service line planning methodology including market assessment, competitive positioning, demand forecasting, and financial evaluation.
• Direct evaluations of growth opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and major investments.
• Lead cross-functional diligence and governance across strategy, operations, finance, legal, and technology.
• Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership and governance forums.
• Develop governance structures with roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and benefits tracking.
