Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic growth initiatives including ambulatory clinic development and service line expansion.
• Develop program roadmaps, charters, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical operations, finance, facilities, marketing, and more.
• Prepare executive analyses, options, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Support ambulatory clinic planning, development, and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor progress against scope, timeline, budget, and strategic objectives.
