Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Growth & Strategic Initiatives Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact programs across ambulatory development, service line expansion, and market growth initiatives.

You will partner with the CGO and executives to develop roadmaps, KPIs, and governance, while coordinating clinical operations, finance, facilities, and partners to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, healthcare administration, strategic planning, consulting, business development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic growth initiatives, including ambulatory clinic development, service line expansion, market growth efforts, and enterprise transformation projects.
• Develop program roadmaps, charters, success criteria, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive alignment among executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical operations, finance, facilities, marketing, business development, compliance, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by preparing clear analyses, options, and recommendations.
• Support ambulatory clinic planning, development, and operational readiness activities.
• Lead service line expansion initiatives across clinical and operational domains.
• Track progress and ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and strategic objectives.
