Job summary

We. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Growth to partner with Global Marketing and advance We.'s proactive growth program in the U.S. market. You will help turn strategy into action across agency teams, identifying priority prospects and driving engagement through research and outreach.

The role emphasizes maintaining target lists, mapping relationships, and ensuring opportunities progress through the funnel with discipline and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years communications industry experience required. Previous experience in business development a plus.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Support the agency’s proactive growth program, partnering with the VP, Global Marketing to translate proactive strategy into clear actions, workstreams and measurable progress.
• Partner with We.’s sector and service teams on priority proactive targets, maintaining focused prospect lists and ensuring activity moves forward.
• Conduct desktop research on priority prospects to develop discovery documents and executive profiles.
• Help develop and manage prospect nurture strategies with relevant moments, content, events and relationship opportunities.
• Support proactive outreach tied to agency initiatives, including research and thought leadership launches, events and webinars.
• Manage proactive prospect tracking and CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate data across accounts and relationships.
