Job summary

We. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Growth in the U.S. to partner with Global Marketing and drive the proactive growth program across agencies. The role focuses on identifying priority prospects, researching targets, engaging stakeholders and nurturing opportunities for conversion.

You will manage target lists, CRM hygiene, and cross-team nurture plans while coordinating outreach for events, webinars and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years communications industry experience required.
• Strong project management skills demonstrated.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support proactive growth strategy translation into actions, workstreams and progress.
• Maintain priority prospect lists and ensure activity moves forward across teams.
• Conduct desktop research on priority prospects to create discovery documents and profiles.
• Develop and manage prospect nurture strategies and engagement opportunities.
• Support outreach tied to agency initiatives, events, webinars and executive engagement.
• Manage proactive prospect tracking and CRM hygiene across accounts.
• Map LinkedIn relationships to identify decision-makers and entry paths.
• Project manage proactive activity across teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities from announcements and milestones to engage prospects.
• Assist Movers & Shakers communications highlighting senior changes at priority U.S. companies.
• Support We-hosted events and webinars with invites, outreach tracking and follow-ups.
