GovCIO is seeking a Growth Leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect focused on developing management solutions and win strategies for large federal IT proposals. This role is 100% growth-focused, with no direct customer interactions, and is remote nationwide within the United States.

Based in Fairfax, VA on the posting, the position emphasizes proposal content creation, solicitation analysis, and collaboration with executives, SMEs, and graphics teams to deliver compelling management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in management solutions and federal proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and synthesize requirements within tight timeframes.
• Proven ability to own sections of a competitive Federal proposal.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborate with executives and SMEs.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with rapid content production.
• Willingness to lead and coach other architects and writers.
• Ability to take concepts and craft persuasive proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs.
• Lead analysis of solicitation requirements and create high-quality proposal content for approach elements.
• Conceptualize and work with graphic artists to create complex proposal graphics and slide decks with minimal oversight.
• Iteratively review content and coach other architects and authors during the proposal lifecycle.
