GovCIO seeks an experienced Growth Leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect, focused 100% on growth initiatives within GovCIO’s corporate growth organization. The role centers on developing management solutions, win strategies, and the “why us” story for federal IT proposals, with no direct customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years experience creating management solutions aligned to best practices and demonstrated leadership on prime, competitive Federal IT proposals.
• Ability to apply critical thinking across an opportunity lifecycle to synthesize customer requirements and priorities on short timeframes.
• Proven ability to own sections of a competitive Federal proposal and work with SMEs to build solutions from ground up.
• Proven ability to write, review, and craft proposal content across management topics and sections.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and teammates.
• Understanding of Federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles (e.g., Alliant 2, CIO-SP3, GSA Schedules, VA T4NG).
• Knowledge of think-draw-write approaches to content development and proposal best practices.
• Ability to balance detail with fast-paced content production.
• Willingness to embrace feedback and diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of management-focused content for large federal IT programs (e.g., $100M+).
• Coach architects and authors during the proposal lifecycle to improve content quality.
• Collaborate with graphics artists to create visuals that illustrate management solutions and dependencies.
• Review content iteratively to ensure alignment with win strategy and customer requirements.
