Your main responsibility will be to translate client needs into winning technical and business strategies, and to communicate those solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership for federal proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps with experience designing for complex systems.
• Experience in modern cloud solutions including frontend, backend, and data-intensive components.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions for opportunities, highlighting strengths and relevant experience.
• Lead development of compliant, compelling solutions with SMEs and experts.
• Contribute to demos, proposals, oral presentations, and client artifacts.
• Translate capture strategy into robust proposal content.
• Ensure solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client needs and objectives.
• Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and foster relationships.
• Head cross-functional teams for design challenges as coach or member.
• Lead SMEs to gather technical and domain information for solutioning.
• Apply agile, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design concepts.
