Job summary

Tempo is a high-growth information security audit company seeking its first dedicated sales hire in the UK. You will handle inbound and partner-referred prospects, run discovery calls, explain the process, and guide opportunities from first conversation through activation.

The role is remote-first, offering 100% remote work with a clear path to growth into partnerships, outbound, and leadership, with a base salary plus commission and a strong OTE.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales or related role.
• Experience using a CRM and managing follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound and partner-referred prospects.
• Run discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
• Explain Tempo’s process and certification pathways clearly.
• Build trust with founders, operators and compliance stakeholders.
• Become an expert in information security audits.
• Manage follow-up, pipeline and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales messaging and conversion.
