TrustedHousesitters is a fast growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace redefining pet care and travel. We are hiring a Growth Designer to own the full acquisition and onboarding experience across web and mobile, partnering with product, engineering, data, CRM, and CRO to drive conversion with a test-and-learn mindset.

You will elevate the visual design while ensuring performance, usability, and trust signals are built into every journey, from homepage to first payment.

Qualifications

• Own acquisition or conversion work in-house and tell the story of experiments.
• Maintain a high visual standard across surfaces touched.
• Frame hypotheses, define success metrics, and ship rapid tests.

Responsabilités

• Own the acquisition journey end-to-end for web and mobile, including landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Drive conversion through experimentation with CRO collaboration and measurable results.
• Raise the visual bar with strong UI craft on all surfaces touched.
• Translate insights into shipped product using data and user signals to generate test ideas.
• Shape strategy by partnering with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
