Job summary

YesAstrology is seeking a remote Product Owner to own the product backlog, craft clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and drive agile delivery for our web and mobile astrology experiences used by millions monthly.

You will refine backlogs, analyze telemetry, and collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality feature launches across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager in digital web apps, SaaS or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear product specs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with company strategy and user needs
• Write clear, actionable user stories, technical specifications, and verifiable acceptance criteria
• Lead agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and feature release retrospectives
• Analyze user behavior telemetry, conversion funnels, and customer feedback to validate product hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality feature launches

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital web applications, SaaS, or consumer products
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern product development lifecycles
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous user needs into crisp, structured product specifications
• Strong data literacy with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar telemetry tools
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with remote team collaboration experience
