Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to build and scale the US influencer and affiliate marketing program. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of influencers and content partners to drive new user acquisition across Phantom’s product suite.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in influencer/affiliate marketing within crypto or consumer fintech, and excels at cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of influencer and affiliate marketing experience in consumer fintech or app-based businesses.
• Proven track record of launching influencer programs from zero to one.
• Deep understanding of crypto partnerships and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Define, recruit, and optimize US influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier partners and offer incentives to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with affiliates/influencers on high-impact content communicating Phantom's value proposition.
• Partner with Growth Product to develop referral and partner tracking, data pipelines, and reporting.
