Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to build and optimize Phantom's global affiliate program from the ground up. You will recruit and onboard affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who promote Phantom to their audiences.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced with crypto audiences, and capable of managing external agencies while collaborating with Product and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech apps or similar

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch Phantom's inaugural affiliate program globally
• Recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators and influencers
• Build strong relationships with top-tier affiliates and provide support/incentives
• Monitor, analyze, and report program performance using clicks, conversions, ROI, revenue
• Collaborate with affiliates to produce high-impact promotional content
• Manage affiliate tracking software (Impact) and own roadmap for improvements
