Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to build and optimize the global affiliate program from zero to one. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners to promote Phantom products worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for crypto. This fully remote role offers competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech apps
• Proven track record building and launching global affiliate programs
• Deep understanding of crypto affiliate ecosystems (publishers, KOLs, influencers)
• Experience partnering with product, data teams and external agencies
• Excellent communication and storytelling for branded content
• Passion for crypto, web3 and DeFi or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch Phantom's inaugural affiliate program to drive funded wallets and traders
• Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including creators and publishers
• Build and maintain relationships with top affiliates, providing support and incentives
• Monitor, analyze and report program performance using clicks, conversions, ROI, revenue
• Collaborate with affiliates on high-impact content like reviews and guides
• Own the affiliate tech roadmap and manage assets in the tracking platform
