You will open strategic conversations, build enterprise opportunities, and partner with senior retailers to apply data infrastructure, AI, and growth systems for measurable value.

The ideal candidate brings deep retail operations experience, a wide professional network, and a hands-on approach in ecommerce, loyalty, and personalization.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of operating experience in retail/ecommerce.
• Experience leading ecommerce,digital,growth,loyalty or personalization initiatives inside a major retail organization.
• Strong professional network within the retail ecosystem.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic commercial relationships across grocery, QSR, and large retailers.
• Leverage an industry network to create high-quality conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Engage executives across ecommerce, digital, growth, loyalty, marketing, technology and data functions.
• Translate retail operating experience into credible commercial conversations and growth strategies.
• Identify enterprise opportunities where data, AI, personalization and growth infrastructure can drive measurable business impact.
• Lead complex customer discussions involving business, data, engineering, and technology stakeholders.
• Personally build pipeline and advance opportunities from initial relationship through commercial close.
• Operate as a hands-on individual contributor in a high-tempo, customer-facing environment.
• Travel frequently across the United States for strategic customer meetings and opportunities.
