Job summary

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to scale the driver and carrier network that powers our marketplace. You’ll learn the core of growth, then define and scale new initiatives across markets.

You’ll work with the Supply Growth lead to shape how we find, convert and activate drivers in the right places at the right time. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bias for action with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, calls and follow-ups.
• Strong data and analytical skills with ability to pull/organize data.
• Clear strategic judgement from ambiguous problems to measurable plans.
• Track record of turning strategy into pilots and scaling successful initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful approach with initiative when playbooks are absent.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Learn and run core supply growth: planning, onboarding, activating drivers, and lifecycle communications.
• Explore new growth levers and turn promising ones into scalable programs.
• Run pilot experiments with hypotheses, metrics and evaluation criteria; scale successful pilots.
• Partner with Ops, Product and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation.
• Report regularly to leadership on trends, risks and opportunities.
