Job summary

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to build and scale our driver network across markets. You will learn the core of supply growth—planning, recruiting, onboarding and activating drivers—then own new initiatives and scale those that prove effective.

You will run pilots with clear hypotheses and metrics, partnering with Ops, Product and Support to improve onboarding. You’ll report trends and opportunities to leadership and drive cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Strong data and analytical skills; pull and organize data with SQL and Google Sheets.
• Ability to form hypotheses from ambiguous problems and translate into measurable plans.
• Track record of turning strategy into pilots and scalable experiments.

Responsibilities

• Learn and run core supply growth: planning, onboarding and activating drivers across markets.
• Explore new growth levers and scale promising programs.
• Run pilots with hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria; scale successes.
• Partner with Ops, Product and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation.
• Report regularly to leadership on trends, risks and opportunities.
