Job summary

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to help build and scale our nationwide driver and carrier network. You will plan, recruit, onboard and activate drivers, explore new growth levers, run pilots with clear hypotheses, and partner with Ops, Product and Support to improve onboarding and activation.

You’ll report to the Supply Growth lead and define success metrics, communicate findings to leadership, and own initiatives from 0 to 1 in a fast-growing, remote-friendly

Responsibilities

• Learn and run core supply growth: planning, onboarding and activation across markets.
• Explore new growth levers and turn promising ideas into scalable programs.
• Run pilots with hypotheses, metrics and evaluation criteria; scale successful ones.
• Partner with Ops, Product and Support to improve driver onboarding/activation.
• Report to leadership on supply growth trends, risks and opportunities.
