Job summary

Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal in New York to lead driver operations and shape the company’s global operational strategy. You will set strategy, build partnerships, and own end-to-end initiatives across financial and operational analyses, process improvement, and new product launches.

You will manage a team of hourly specialists and collaborate across Product, Partner Success, Sales, Expansion, and Operations to deliver impactful projects and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of operations experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual operations and financial targets.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of hourly specialists.
• Engage in strategic decision-making and project planning with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure successful service launches and ongoing performance.
• Analyze operational data to track performance and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Partner Success, Sales, Expansion, and Operations to deliver projects.
