Job summary

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to build and scale our driver and carrier network nationwide. You’ll learn the core of supply growth, then define and scale new initiatives across markets with a data-driven, owner mindset.

You’ll work with Ops, Product and Support to tighten onboarding, activation and lifecycle communications, publishing regular updates to leadership on trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong data and analytical skills with ability to pull data using SQL and organize it in Sheets.
• Bias for action with ownership and end-to-end problem ownership.
• Clear, written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of turning strategy into pilots and scaling successful initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with comfort in uncharted areas.

Responsibilities

• Learn and run core supply growth activities: planning, onboarding and activating drivers across markets.
• Explore and scale new growth levers within the driver network.
• Run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics, then scale successful pilots.
• Partner with Ops, Product and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation.
• Report trends, risks and opportunities on supply growth to leadership.
