Job summary

Collective Measures, a Minneapolis based media and analytics agency, seeks a Manager/Senior Manager of Growth to drive new business execution and pitch development. You will partner with leadership to shape strategy, craft persuasive narratives, and keep complex pitches on schedule.

You will support marketing initiatives, develop case studies, and maintain the new business library. Remote candidates who meet criteria are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media or growth/biz dev in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• Able to explain paid media and analytics to clients clearly.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
• Familiar with Claude for research, writing and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the agency’s new business strategy and outreach plans.
• Research, qualify opportunities, and maintain the new business pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end pitches and craft RFI/RFP responses.
• Create persuasive presentations, credentials and case studies.
• Prepare pitch teams and capture feedback for improvements.
• Own the new business library and develop repeatable processes.
