Hack The Box is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own net-new user acquisition across channels, including paid/social, creators, partnerships, and SEO. You will run experiments, track performance, and translate growth objectives into campaigns for a cybersecurity-focused audience.

You will collaborate with leadership and external partners to scale acquisition, optimize messaging, and deliver measurable ROI while maintaining high-quality user experiences across platforms.

Competenze

• 2+ years in B2C growth, digital, performance, or consumer marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing and testing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics: CAC, conversion, ROI, attribution, KPIs.
• Strong copywriting and campaign development skills for technical/cyber audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with data-driven decisions.
• Technical curiosity and comfort with tech; interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or dev tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Own B2C acquisition campaigns across paid/social, creators, partnerships, SEO and growth channels.
• Manage creator/influencer pipeline end-to-end: outreach, briefs, negotiations, execution, budgets, ROI tracking.
• Develop and manage partnerships and affiliate initiatives; onboarding and campaign coordination.
• Plan, launch and evaluate growth experiments with hypotheses and KPIs.
• Collaborate with external agencies; provide direction on campaigns and creative requirements.
• Create and optimize growth content and messaging for technical/cyber audiences.
• Track acquisition performance using signups, conversion, CAC, ROI, attribution, impressions.
