Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Growth Marketer for a fully remote role to drive customer acquisition, optimize funnels, and scale revenue across digital channels. You will work with sales, product, and content teams to develop strategies that deliver measurable growth for our client portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years in growth or digital marketing, proven paid campaigns ROI, and strong CRO/funnel analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in growth/digital marketing
• Proven track record managing and scaling paid media campaigns
• Strong CRO, funnel analysis, and CAC/ROI understanding
• Hands-on analytics with GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns with clear ROI targets.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversions and reduce CAC.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes.
• Build and scale email marketing and automation workflows across segments.
• Identify new growth opportunities and scalable acquisition strategies.
• Work with design/development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
