Job summary

Scopic is seeking a growth-focused digital marketer with strong PPC expertise to identify, test, and scale opportunities across multiple channels in a fully remote role.

You will join a global team of 250+ professionals in 60+ countries, planning and optimizing campaigns, running growth experiments, and analyzing funnel performance to improve leads, conversions, and ROAS.

This is an hourly, independent contractor position with monthly pay and flexible hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong practical expertise in PPC with proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience improving meaningful performance metrics such as leads, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Analytical mindset with ability to propose data-driven solutions.
• Experience designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, and remarketing.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Plan, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social, content, paid campaigns).
• Develop and execute growth experiments across paid advertising, landing pages, email marketing, content, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Write, proofread, and edit SEO-driven content independently (research and structure content yourself).
• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
