Job summary

Toolbox Widget is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations & Growth to lead an integrated marketing strategy across PPC, email/SMS, SEO, CRO, social, and content. You will manage external agencies and contractors, align campaigns to a unified calendar, and protect margins while driving scalable growth.

This fully remote role requires base in Latin America with strong English, close collaboration with U.S. leadership, and a track record of guiding multi-channel, Shopify-powered DTC initiatives and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing leadership for a multi-million-dollar DTC brand.
• Experience coordinating multi-agency and contractor marketing setups.
• Strong background in multi-channel DTC metrics (MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute one integrated marketing strategy, calendar, briefs, and accountability across agencies.
• Direct external vendors covering paid media, email/SMS, SEO, CRO, social, and content.
• Lead U.S. execution while adapting growth plans for Canada, UK, Australia, EU.
• Oversee affiliate and creator program management from onboarding to optimization.
• Coordinate major product launches and promotions with operations/inventory teams.
• Establish SOPs and workflows so marketing runs autonomously.
• Deliver weekly executive dashboards tracking revenue, margins, ad spend, and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and flag underperforming channels or campaigns.
