Skape is building the Uber of landscaping, connecting homeowners with top-rated pros. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the entire growth engine—from awareness to activation, retention, and referrals—and collaborate with the founder to shape go-to-market strategy as we expand.

This remote-first role offers real budget and autonomy to run experiments, build scalable growth systems, and drive measurable impact for a $130B home services market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation at a startup or tech company.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition channels from scratch.
• Experience with at least two of: paid social, SEM, SEO, or email/SMS marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experimental approach.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-channel growth strategies across paid social, SEM, SEO, email, SMS, and referrals.
• Own user acquisition targets for homeowners and landscapers.
• Design and run rapid A/B tests on pages, ads, messaging, and funnels.
• Develop content marketing strategies across blog and social.
• Build automated lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive activation and retention.
• Analyze funnel metrics, cohort data, and LTV/CAC to optimize spend.
• Manage marketing vendor and agency relationships.
• Create market launch playbooks for new geographic expansions.
