Job summary

Videospan, a remote-first video infrastructure company, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to build the marketing engine from late-stage seed to Series A and beyond. You will own demand generation, define KPIs, and automate systems enabling a small team to operate at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to define KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io).
• Strong knowledge of paid social, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and CRO.
• Analytical mindset with data tools and attribution.
• Experience marketing video, creator, or developer-focused products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing KPI framework from awareness to pipeline.
• Build and optimize automated marketing workflows across channels.
• Develop performance marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Instrument analytics and attribution to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging and launches.
• Operate as a marketing team of one with future scaling plans.
