Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to drive SEO, AI-based optimisation, content strategy, and analytics across multiple brands and markets. The role blends technical SEO, content creation, and CRM automation in a fully remote, international setting.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure fast-loading, user-friendly digital experiences while translating data into actionable leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing with SEO, organic growth, and AI-driven search optimisation.
• Strong technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and SXO concepts.
• Experience with analytics, site audits, and data-driven marketing decisions.
• Proficient with SEM platforms and content management systems like WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and markets.
• Lead SEO, AI, GEO, AEO, and SXO initiatives to improve search visibility.
• Manage website performance, speed, structure data, and analytics integrations.
• Oversee content planning, keyword research, and on-page optimisation.
• Implement CRM workflows and automation for lead nurturing and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, report insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and development teams to align campaigns.
• Drive remote-friendly campaigns across international markets.
