Job summary

360training is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our remote Search Marketing Team. You will conduct keyword research, create content briefs, review drafts, and optimize pages for search engines and AI-driven search.

You will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve organic visibility and performance. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in SEO or content strategy, proficiency with Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog/GA4 and Search Console, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years? SEO experience or content strategy
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Search Console
• Experience with AI tools for research, drafting and analysis
• Familiarity with GEO and SEO best practices

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research across network of brand websites and prioritize opportunities
• Create detailed content briefs and review drafts for SEO alignment
• Optimize content for AI search visibility and GEO coverage
• Run on-page and technical SEO audits with Screaming Frog and Ahrefs/Semrush
• Collaborate with content writers and product marketing to implement recommendations
• Manage SEO content calendar and multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Report KPIs using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and QA while maintaining quality
• Stay ahead of AI search developments and industry trends
