Rugiet, a remote-first team advancing men’s health solutions, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid social end‑to‑end. Manage multi‑million‑dollar monthly budgets across Meta and TikTok, focusing on CAC, incrementality, and revenue per dollar spent. Collaborate with Creative and Analytics to build a rigorous testing loop and drive scale.

You’ll oversee attribution, landing-page optimization, and compliance with FDA/FTC/HIPAA while moving fast to capture growth across new categories.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years managing high-scale Paid Social directly.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (AppLovin a plus).
• Experience managing $50M+ in annual ad spend with measurable efficiency outcomes.
• Advanced analytics skills -- Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent; you build your own dashboards.
• Proven track record running structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding.
• D2C subscription and/or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
• Regulated industry or telemedicine background is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social Execution: Day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels with full-funnel ownership.
• Budget & Efficiency: Manage 7-figure monthly budgets with strict CAC targets and scalable spend.
• Creative Strategy & Testing: Partner with Creative to build a structured testing engine and feed learnings into decisions.
• Attribution & Analytics: Sharpen models, measure incrementality, and build dashboards.
• Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with Digital Product to improve post-click conversion.
• Compliance: Ensure all creative, targeting, and messaging meet FDA, FTC, and HIPAA requirements.
