Job summary

So2power is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition and lifecycle marketing for our online store and SO2 Monitoring Membership. You’ll drive paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and SEO, and be accountable for CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lifetime value.

Based remotely in Texas with occasional work at our Houston office, you’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize channels and steer investments as we expand in Texas markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance or growth marketing experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and attribution models
• Must reside in Texas; occasional travel to the Houston office required

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns across Google and Meta
• Build and improve email and SMS lifecycle programs in Klaviyo
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, bundles, and checkout flow
• Grow SEO and content programs around home power resilience and storm preparedness
• Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value
• Manage the growth marketing budget and outside agency partners
