Energy Ogre LLC, a Houston-based electricity membership service, is seeking a seasoned marketer to own lifecycle communications, craft growth campaigns, and turn member data into credible content that boosts retention and visibility. You will guide messaging across email, SMS, and web, while coordinating with product and operations on triggers and workflows.

You will develop winback programs, manage reviews and Reddit engagement, and steer content that improves search and AI responses.

Competenze

• Based in the Houston area.
• 5+ years in content marketing, social, lifecycle or CRM marketing.
• Experience planning lifecycle, retention or winback campaigns with clear success metrics.
• Comfort with data: analytics, CRM & review data to drive action.
• Exceptional copywriting across formats: long-form, web, social, email and direct response.
• Proficient with AI writing tools and ability to maintain human, on-brand voice.
• Experience engaging communities on Reddit, forums or review platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva for brand assets.
• Solid SEO understanding and visibility strategy for AI/LLM search.
• Experience directing agencies or freelancers.
• Strong organizational skills and calendar ownership.

• Develop winback campaigns with offers, messaging and timing; partner with operations on triggers.

• Monitor reviews and respond timely on Google, Trustpilot and other platforms.
• Lead Reddit strategy and engage communities where Texans discuss electricity.

• Coordinate with agencies/freelancers; guide briefs and review deliverables.
