Job summary

Courier Health is a NYC-based company seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own all growth channels—paid, organic, email, and events—and lead a four-person team. You’ll partner with Sales to build account-based programs, optimize demand generation and pipeline impact, and implement a data-driven marketing and AI-enabled reporting framework.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in B2B marketing, 3+ years leading teams, and experience with ABM and marketing operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation.
• 3+ years leading marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience building account-based and field programs with Sales.
• Strong marketing operations fluency including attribution, lead scoring, and routing.
• Experience running an events program end-to-end at enterprise level.
• Familiar with AI tools in planning, personalization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a Growth Marketing team of 4 across demand gen, marketing ops and events.
• Set strategic plan, develop talent, and maintain high output and accountability.
• Oversee demand gen across paid, organic, email and content syndication; build ABM programs.
• Own events end-to-end from conferences to invite-only formats; measure pipeline impact.
• Own attribution framework and reporting; partner with Sales on lead routing and SLAs.
