Job summary

NWN is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing Growth to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, align with the CMO and executive team, and drive demand, brand awareness, and customer engagement across target markets.

You will oversee Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Intelligence, and Performance Marketing as an integrated growth engine, focusing on growing existing relationships, acquiring new logos, and partnering with strategic allies to accelerate revenue and market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in growth/demand marketing
• 5+ years leading marketing professionals or multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, and demand generation in enterprise tech or complex solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMO and executive team to develop and drive strategic marketing initiatives
• Lead Product Marketing, Marketing Operations & Intelligence, and Performance Marketing as an integrated growth engine
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for marketing leaders and teams
• Build awareness of NWN brand and translate capabilities into business outcomes
• Develop and lead customer-centric marketing programs for expansion, new-logo, and partner-led initiatives
• Drive website traffic and digital engagement through integrated programs and lead generation
