Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in progressive marketing roles, preferably in growth and demand gen.
• Five+ years leading marketing teams.
• Senior B2B marketing leadership in enterprise tech or similar.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Proven ability to drive integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales and account-based marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation and GEO platforms; Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to grow brand and demand.
• Lead Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Performance Marketing as a unified engine.
• Drive website traffic, digital engagement, and lead generation programs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to align on target accounts.
• Oversee marketing operations, data, and AI-enabled tools for insights.
