Upbound is redefining infrastructure platforms for the Agentic AI Era. We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own the funnel end-to-end in a remote-first environment. This AI-first role will build and operate a stack and growth function that supports enterprise and product-led motions.

You will own campaigns, budgets, lifecycle marketing, and AI-native tools across paid media, SEO, and analytics, leading a team to accelerate demand in a fast-growing, open-source–driven company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing and leadership of growth initiatives.
• Owned a meaningful program budget with measurable ROI.
• Hands-on with ad platforms, dashboards, and data tooling.
• Experience introducing AI tools in marketing processes.
• Fluent in analytics: size opportunities, design tests, defend numbers.
• Marketing to technical buyers and infrastructure teams.
• Built or managed a small growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth for Upbound platform, with Crossplane and Modelplane driving top-of-funnel activity.
• Set campaign roadmap and program budget with senior marketing and sales input.
• Manage paid media channels, targeting, and efficiency against targets.
• Lead lifecycle marketing and marketing operations across the stack.
• Drive AI-native tooling adoption and analytics-enabled decision making.
• Build and lead a growth team across several quarters; manage agencies and vendors.
