Job summary

Upbound is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the full-funnel growth for the Upbound commercial platform, including Crossplane and Modelplane. You will lead campaigns, budgets, and growth experiments in collaboration with product, sales, and engineering to scale adoption of our Intelligent Control Plane.

You will build AI-native tools, automate reporting, and accelerate the self-serve motion while guiding a growing growth team and coordinating with agencies and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing.
• Led growth, demand generation, or acquisition programs.
• Hands-on with ad platforms, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience introducing AI tools in marketing.
• Able to size opportunities, design tests, and defend numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth for the Upbound commercial platform; Crossplane and Modelplane drive top-of-funnel open source.
• Lead campaign roadmap and program budget, with regular reviews with marketing and sales leadership.
• Own paid media strategy, channel mix, targeting, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, attribution, and funnel reporting.
• Drive conversion, organic search, and AI-assisted visibility across upbound.io and modelplane.ai.
• Own self-serve motion from signup to activation to paid conversion with product/engineering.
• Build and manage a growth team across quarters; manage agencies and vendors.
