Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with leading growth or acquisition programs.
• Able to manage a meaningful program budget and articulate ROI.
• Hands-on with ad platforms, automation, dashboards, and data.
• Experience introducing AI tools in marketing; describe what worked.
• Fluent in analytics, able to size opportunities and defend numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth for Upbound's commercial platform and open source products.
• Lead campaign roadmap, budget, and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Manage paid media, channel mix, targeting, and efficiency against targets.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and attribution reporting.
• Improve AI-assisted workflows and AI-native marketing tooling adoption.
• Build and mentor a growth team, and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
