Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, and translate campaign data into clear recommendations for financial advisor clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, ensure client results and retention, and drive growth through proactive problem-solving and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns, manage budgets, targeting, testing, and variations.
