You will be a player-coach, owning strategy and execution across channels, content, analytics and demand generation while building a high-performing team. The role requires a data-driven marketer who can drive pipeline, manage budgets, and launch campaigns that move the business forward.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership with pipeline or growth ownership.
• Proven ability to move between strategy and execution.
• Experience building demand, launching campaigns and leading teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure results.
• Experience working with B2B and consumer marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B top-of-funnel growth and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Lead paid, organic, and partner channels to drive demand.
• Define brand storytelling and value proposition.
• Own product marketing, launches, pricing narratives and GTM.
• Develop a continuous testing program and document learnings.
• Establish attribution, funnel reporting, and CAC metrics.
• Build, hire, and lead the marketing team through growth.
• Develop customer case studies and success stories.
